We were established in 1995 as specialists in the supply of high grade aluminium injection mould tooling and complex plastic injection mouldings, on very short lead times.

Starting with a fresh philosophy towards manufacturing and with a winning attitude toward modern expectations of service and support, we now supply many of the biggest names in Manufacturing and Design and have been awarded Supplier Approvals for technical ability and quality.

Our high grade aluminium tooling can often produce up to 40,000 shots - removing the need for steel production tooling. We also provide tooling for Clients where low volumes per annum do not justify the cost of ‘traditional’ steel tooling, or machining. In addition, we frequently undertake metal replacement and cost-down projects.

We work on a daily basis with a broad range of high specification engineering and developmental plastics. To date, we have made tooling for over 900 new products and have produced components in over 600 different grades of technical polymers. The range of polymers we use reflects the profile and complexity of the projects that we are asked to undertake.
