We are accredited to the international quality management standard ISO9001:2000 covering design and manufacture. In addition we operate material batch traceability and a number of more complex Quality Management Systems specific to each Sector or the Client.

These operational systems are further enhanced by AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) techniques and Control Plans, with mouldings and samples being supplied with Certificates of Conformity and a range of ISIR, PPAP/PSW or PIST/PISC inspection documentation as required.

Our Quality Systems incorporate aspects of the QS 9000, TS16949, and VDA standards to allow direct supply into large OEM & First Tier organisations.

We have a fully equipped Quality Department and are regularly audited by our independent Certification Company as well as our Clients’ own Strategic Purchasing departments. In addition we also receive Vendor Rating Reports assessing the supply of production mouldings.
