Our Approach to Quality

The quest to supply our clients with the highest-quality plastic injection moulding components and services is what drives our business forward. They demand a world-class service and we make it our mission to provide it every step of the way. It is this approach that makes them come back to us time and time again.
Our Quality Department is extremely well-equipped, with a Quantum 3-axis coordinate measuring machine that can generate dimensional reports and a full range of measuring devices. We are able to deal with all types of requirements, including PPAP and ISIR.
We operate several high-end 3D CAD (computer aided design) packages and can accept data from all the major design platforms.

We are also licensed users of Visi Flow software for the analysis of polymer flow properties, a must have for superior design and manufacture.

Everyone at Dudley Associates is equally responsible for delivering quality. All of our machine operators are actively involved in ensuring compliance with the documents and attributes for every different component that goes through our factory – including photographs, check charts and process monitoring records.

We don’t believe in resting on our laurels either, which is why we’ll constantly review our processes to seek out new innovations and efficiencies. If we constantly improve, we can ensure that we always provide our clients with the best possible service and highest-quality components.
